There are no specific statistics as how many of Pakistanis have been killed in last 20 years as part of sectarianism inPakistan .
However, it is evident that Pakistani society, from religious perspectives, is
now a complete amalgamation of sects and groups. And there are no such claims
or statistics that one sect will over rule other in coming 20 years by gaining
so much majority to win landslide victory.
Hence, in the end, the groups or sects business would go on rise and all this is administered in the name of Allah. Iqbal, the poet of East, has said, 'deen e mullah fee sabeel ellah fasaad' means the way of religious person is nothing but anarchy in the name of Allah.

This is far from illusion
that Moulana Ilyas Qadri (of Dawat e Islami) could become a praiseworthy
personality in the eyes of Deubandis or Tableghi Jamaat's Haji Abdul Wahab or
could Mufti Rafi Usmani or Justice Taqi Usmani consider Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman
as a pious leader to follow him or could the administrators of Jamia Binnoria,
Karachi feel that Maulana Maududi had rendered a great service for Islam! This is
quite similar that Maulana Fazl ur
Rehamn can't work in JUI under the stewardship of Maulana Sami ul Haq, even
though both belong to same Deubadi school of thought, or likewise
a Shia religious leader can not lead Sunnis. With the commonality of
single God and Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) the whole issue is not only interpretations but also personal interests.
Considering the revolution
of Iranian leader Khomeni back in 1979, it is mere an idea only in Pakistan because
no single politico-religious leader could lead entire Pakistani nation and
guide them towards the 'right path' as every religious leader, in Pakistan,
speak about that path in length - a path of Allah, His Holy Prophet, and the
path of happiness & prosperity for Pakistan.
Pakistani do not need external enemies, their internal sectarianism based policies are more than enough to destroy the society, human resources, and tarnish the image of their beloved religion in coming two decades.
